Welcome to Street Capital, developed and published by Vasyl Kyrlyk (operating under the future incorporation of Bombowave Games Inc.) ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, games, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Rules of Conduct or any part of these Terms.

4. Virtual Currency and Goods

Our Services may include virtual currency or virtual goods. You acknowledge that you do not own these virtual items, but instead hold a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use them within the game. Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for "real world" money.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

If the game allows you to create or upload content ("UGC"), you retain ownership of your original content. However, by uploading UGC, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your UGC in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including but not limited to source code, graphics, audio, UI, and text) are owned by us or our licensors. "Street Capital" is our proprietary mark. This game is developed using the Unity Engine. Unity is a trademark of Unity Technologies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
