This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Vasyl Kyrlyk (operating under the future incorporation of Bombowave Games Inc.) ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the game Street Capital and its associated software and materials (the "Game").

Disclaimer: This document is provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by legal counsel.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. License Restrictions

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or use the Game in a way that is not expressly authorized in this EULA.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
  • Create any derivative works based on the Game.
  • Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game experience.
  • Exploit the Game for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

3. Ownership

The Game is licensed, not sold, to you. We and our licensors own all title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. "Street Capital" is our proprietary mark. The Game uses the Unity Engine, which is a trademark of Unity Technologies.

4. Updates and Patches

We may deploy or provide patches, updates, and modifications to the Game that must be installed for the user to continue to play the Game. We may update the Game remotely without notifying you, and you hereby grant to us consent to deploy and apply such patches, updates, and modifications.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
